Hi, I'm Jessica and I am pretty much new to the site (signed up a couple months back but never took the time to really use it). I am serious about losing weight and I heard you are 300% more likely to reach your goal if you keep a food journal, and I'm ALWAYS at my computer, so here I am. I just had twin boys in September so I do have my work cut out for me. I had lost 50lbs a couple years before I had twins so I understand what I'm up against and the road I will have to travel. If anyone else is new and is looking for encouragement, or anyone "old" who likes to encourage, feel free to add me!
