I completed the cough 2 5k program last year and unfortunately have an achilles issue now so I cant run but Ive become addicted to spinning so I'm going to try this "couch to" program for beginning cyclists. It's a 12 week program instead of 9 like the running. check it out! I start on monday. If anyone wants to start with me that would be awesome!!

  • good for you fiddlechic! i too fell in love with spinning and my husband who is a triathlete (and loves cycling) bought us a tandem bike - i LOVE being outside with the wind blowing in my face (sooo much better than a hot, dark, spinning room)....and because i am on the bike with him, it forces with me to push myself....we do some amazing rides and it's such a blast! i love love love it! i think it won't be long before i have my own bike! anyhow - i am rambling but i just wanted to give you props for trying something new!
