oh dear!
I have been relentless in my quest to stay green on my cals left and have been doing SO well then yesterday needed to go out with a friend for emotional support and went mcdonalds. Was good and had medium fries and a cheeseburger put it in my diary everything was fine. Then got home and husband wanted kfc. That was it.. I couldn't say no. So eneded up having a boneless bucket between us. Didn't have the popcorn but I didn't even reliase I'd eaten what I had until it was gone. I'd also had a pint of Coke without realising!
I've put it in the diary and that big red 700 calories is staring at me
I will be good today but have lunch out today. Good choices from now on. MFP will not beat me!!!!!! I WILL NOT SEE RED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

lol, once every now n then isn't a bad thing, we r,afterall, only human. my hubby loves kfc and it is my biggest weakness too. but whenever i think of how it makes me feel afterward not to mention what it does to my stomach.......... puts me off! But if i do have a craving for it that i just can't shake i'll get a reg chips to go with a salad and fish, that way i get my "fix" and still b having a healthy meal. good luck and don't b too hard on urself!!

That's not bad, I do it once every couple of weeks like that, maybe not McDonalds but I have a big blowout, some people call it a spike day/meal some people call it other things. I just call it a treat and found I lost more weight the weeks I did it so I carried on (some studies seem to suggest that your body gets some nutrients it's been missing from these blowouts..others the opposite)
I'd just enjoy it.. last week I bought an entire french stick and had 10 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs and 4 sausages on it loool, mega breakfast baguette, as long as you're good across the week I wouldn't even bat an eyelid so don't worry!0 -
sorry no such things as free soup! it was a clash between my phone and the website. sorry to get your hopes up0

Cheat days are only asking for disaster, but cheat meals are essential! (depending on your body-fat.) depending on how low your body-fat is, cheat meals are a great strike to implement in a diet, when you're on an extended diet your metabolism will eventually start to ware thin, this is due to a very large drop in leptin levels (A protein produced by fatty body tissue and believed to regulate fat storage.) - the idea of implementing a re-feed meal, or "cheat meal" is to bolster your leptin levels and get your body primed to continue burning fat - the higher your leptin levels are the more prone you are for burning fat and calories!0
