Hi everyone
i'm kerry and i joined today after my good friend uses this too and recommened it to me and it's great, i hope this site will help me lose the weight i have been trying to shift for a year , i also started chickboxing last night which was amazing,

Hello there! I am sure you will benefit from this website; it's great! I have been on here for less than two weeks and have already lost 9lbs from tracking my food in my food diary and exercising (albeit, this includes 60+ minutes of high-impact cardio, and another 60 of low impact and weights most days). Welcome!!0

I am also new to this site, had the phone app for ages but only stated using this website and updated my profile etc this year, Really need to focus and stick to my 1200kcal limits daily and lose weight. Going on holiday end of May/June and would love to look and feel better about myself by then and reach my goal by the end of the year, if not sooner!
Lost 0.7kg in 4 weeks not a lot but did not calorie count just tried eating healthier and aiming to be vegan (from vegetarian) by the end of March!
Feel fee to add me if you have anything in common or can relate to my story. Also would love to share tips on good weight loss recipes/foods low in cals but high in nutrients and filling to keep hunger at bay.
