Is it ok to run or jog if you have only 2 hours of sleep? Qu

I only have 2 hrs of sleep the other day and was having difficulty getting my groove on.
Thinking of what to do instead I run 5 km.
Is this ok or not?

I actually didn't feel differently but running makes me feel better.

What do you think guys and gals?
