So here I am, on the "changing lifestyle" thing again.

But this time it is going to work. I heard a great quote the other day that said, "I am tired of enjoying food. I want to enjoy life." Don't we always use food as an excuse?

I am diving in, head first and will be successful this time. Watch me!!
