I have been reading through a lot of peoples success stories and it is great to see the amount of people who get where they want too. Now I am not trying to rush things or anything before anyone comments about that. I am just wondering if it would be possible to be at my target weight my Christmas this year? No big problem if it isn't but i'd like to be.

I am currently 118kg I want to be 80kg at the end of the road, to get me back to the healthy bmi according to my doctor. To be honest I can't ever remember being 80kg. Throughout college I was always around88kg but I was fit and quite muscular due to the amount of sport I did. I started my journey at 131kg back at the very begnining of January.

I am finding my weight loss to be quite irratic, sometimes I loose quite quickly, sometimes nothing at all. With the exception of last week I am usually always around or slightly under my calorie goal and have been making more smart choices to try and keep my micros as close as possible, Last week I went over my daily goals a couple of times and it seems to have sped up my loss again.

What I don't know is will my weight loss continue to be irratic or will I start to loose the 2pounds a week? If I lost 2 pounds a week I'd be done in around 19 weeks which still sounds a little quick. I understand that as you weight less calorie goals reduce. When should I start to look at loosing just 1 pound a week? Will MFP automatically adjust?
