Sore/Pulled muscle and Zumba?

I am supposed to start a Zumba class tonight (for twice a week) and I am a little iffy about going because of what I think is a pulled muscle in my neck/shoulder. It has been sore and at times painful for about a week now. I have been putting cold and hot on it regularly and taking ibuprofen when it gets really tight. It does feel better today than it has the last few days, but still a little stiff and sore. I am afraid if I go through with the Zumba class I could end up injuring it worse. Any opinions on whether I should give it a few more days or go ahead to the class?
