Have you tried their website? Normally they would have nutritional information posted with calorie info on and everything. I love F&B's!0

Yeh iv had a look but even the salads are high in cals!! They have a lighter section on the menu but the only thing that really suits me is spaghetti bolegnase and that isnt something id usually order.
Im waiting for someone to tell me to just have a cheeseburger cause they arent actually that bad for you :laugh:0 -
im going on friday, I generally just have whatever I want and eat a bit lower the day before / after to make up for it.
If you want to be good though, their menu has a 'lighter options' section with all meals below 650 cals :-)

EDIT - i was too slow you have already seen this!!
It might be better to try and lower the cals of the normal meals then -
Steak with baked potato instead of chips
any of the tomato based pastas
pizzas will not be that bad if you order with half cheese as they are really thin bases.
Burger without cheese or bacon0 -
Don't worry about it too much.... enjoy yourself tonight and then make up for it the rest of the week. As long as your weekly calories are on target you shouldn't gain. I'm not saying eat your own body weight in cheese but certainly don't be angry at yourself if you do have a spike day. xx0

I don't know if Frankie & Benny's let you as some restaurants don't like it - but could you order from the kid's menu? That way you could have a smaller burger without having to feel like you're missing out?0
