    Thanks for posting it. Interesting. One of the big points is that 20% of people in test group showed no benefit from HIIT while 15% did show improvements. I'm going to try and find the full study as I'm curious what the effects were on the other 65% of the people in the study. Good study maybe. I wish the article had more info in it, though. If I can find anything on the full study, I'll post it. Again, thanks for posting this as I'm interested in HIIT.

    Yes i do alot of HIIT, not quite as intenese and shorter bursts a he was doing it, but i get my fair share. I hope im not one of the 20% non-movers lol I'd love to read the full research if you find it, i think it would be good to see the full outcomes.
