A little challenge in your day...

So here we are, I'm back again, and once more I bring you a challenge. No matter what today is in your workout plan, try to add a quick set or two of what I call Push-up Stairclimbers. Here's how ya do em...
Find a set of stairs or some steps and use the lowest step you are able to start from as a base for your hands and stretch out into a push-up position. Do 1 push-up, then move your hands up to the next step, pull your feet in a little closer, and do another. Rinse, and repeat until you've gone all the way up the steps. If you only have a few steps but not a full stair case, you can change it up by either going to the max number of push-ups on each step, or by going up and back down a set number of times.
If you want to up the difficulty a little, add a second set, but do the maximum number of push-ups you can on each step. These actually get easier to do when both your hands and feet are on the steps. The first few, with your feet on the ground will be the hardest ones.
Now, I hear what some of you are saying, "Hey buddy, I'm a real burly man and these are way too easy." Well Billy Bigmouth, I've got a patch waiting to download for you to fix em! If they are just way too easy for you, do the push-ups with only one arm, and the opposite foot on the steps/ground. What I mean is, if you're pushing up with your right arm, keep your left foot on the ground, and raise your right foot and left hand up. Then, when you move up to the next step, alternate by pushing up with your left arm and keeping your right foot on the step/ground. These can blast your chest/core and if you're lucky, make walking up steps even more annoying than it already is! Bon Appeite!
PROTIP: For a plyometirc boost (I think that's right...) explode off of each step and land with your hands on the one above it, adjusting your feet while you're in the air.
