Hi!!! I'm in.. not gonna push myself.. but I only have 3 weeks left to lose weight according to my doc then I have to maintain. Then again I've been losing weight without trying at all.. mainly due to a simple diet change where I limited my soda intake to one a day.. drinking more water.. and less snacks.. healthier choices. I'm pregnant... but I did check in with doc and baby is growing accordingly. My starting weight in this pregnancy was 215. I've had no morning sickness which shocked me.. But I'm just so happy all is well. My workout of choice is walking and belly dancing.. and this summer I'll throw in swimming.. I can't wait!!! Hope my joining is ok.
