me too, me too! does anyone know how good the old navy sports bras are? they seem to have a good rating online.0

I wear two bras to the gym: underneath is a regular bra with underwire and everything to provide support, and over top is a size-too-small sports bar to hold everything in place and absorb some of the sweat. Between the two they do everything I wish I could get in a single bra. Not an elegant solution, but with a G-cup you do what you have to.
DIDDO.. 32 DD is rare even in regular bras let alone sportswear0 -
Bump! I used to use the two bra method but the underwire in the first bra leaves raw spots when I run more than 5 miles.0

LULULEMON's Tata Tamers are the best! I am a 34DD and I don't move an inch in these.0

From what I can see, sports bra manufacturers don't believe that women with larger bra sizes work out (hence why they have larger bra sizes?). I am currently doing Insanity with all of that jumping around. The XXL Target sports bra is just not cutting it with support but nothing else would even fit.
Any advice?

I wear two sports bras when I work out.
I wear a C9 by Champion® Womens Racer Back Compression Bra and then a C9 by Champion® Womens Premium Sports Bra underneath.

Wearing two keeps my boobs from bouncing when I do cardio. It smushes them, but it doesn't impede my breathing or anything.0 -
I feel your pain - literally. I've found that Champion Sports Bras work for me.
I'm a 36F (36DDD+1), so finding bras is really difficult. I have the 36DD in the bra linked at the bottom. Since it's too small, I basically have to but the bra on above my boobs, then pull each one into the bra because it has such tight fit. Even though it's small, I DO NOT MOVE AT ALL, but it's actually comfortable! I love it! It's also vented so you don't drown your best buds.

Seriously, be prepared to spend money but its sooooo worth it. Most good bras will run you $30+, and be sure to handwash after every workout because sweat breaks down the effectiveness. Also, never use fabric softner, it decreases the wicking properties in the fabric. At my largest I was a 38DD, and back then the only good bra was the ENELL. It's great, it really holds you in but i found that it doesn't wick away moisture at all and its HOT. After using different brands over the years, I've found that Moving Comfort is one of the best brands out there. I personally wear the Fiona.. which has adjustable straps because I have large breasts but smaller shoulders.
The new Jubralee model has adjustable straps too and goes up to a size 44DD. http://www.movingcomfort.com/Jubralee/350042,default,pd.html
Also the MAIA goes up to a 44DD as well...

You can find them a little cheaper on Amazon. I hope this helps!0 -
I'm 36E and swear by a shock absorber Level D bra - they do a few different styles, designed for different sports, preventing movement in different ways apparently. I cannot run without wearing one of these!!0

Bump to follow...
I've been doing the double up method for a LONG time. Eager to try some of the brand suggestions listed on here.0 -

This is my solution, though I wish there was a sports bra out there that would give me as much support..0 -

HIGHLY recommended by well-endowed runners. This is the BEST bra on the market for those of us that have been (overly) blessed with chest.0 -

I hear you on this one I am DD and I had trouble finding a sports bra that could hold me down. I am using an under armor one now that I bought at an outlet store that is amazing but all i ever hear about is the tata tamer. It is a lil bit more pricey than I perfer but anytime i have read any article on the matter this is a bra that ALWAYS is mentioned. Hope this helped.0 -

My FAVORITE! I am a DD but bought the C bra for extra support. Fits amazing, very comfortable and the girls never move. NEVER.0 -

I'm a 34DD and I use this bra http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/pid1001174-100 in a size large. Don't even bother with cheap flimsy target or walmart sports bras if you are over a C cup. They are really a waste of money. Unfortunately us bigger busted ladies have to spend a little more to get a supportive sports bra, but it is totally worth the money IMO. I even tried on some Nike sports bras and none had the support I wanted/needed. Under armour really makes some great sports bras for big busted women so check them out!0

I just got two that I ordered off of Amazon, both for under $30.....One was the Champion Women's Spot Comfort Full support bra and the other was Moving Comfort's Fiona Bra. They both do a good job as far as holding my chest in place (I'm a 40DD). However I don't like the Champion as much as the Fiona. The Champion seems to be a tad bit more movey than the other. I personally like, and will be ordering more of the moving comfort one for a few reasons. First, it's the BEST sports bra I've ever had...secondly, the straps adjust by velcro and you can do it from the front while you're wearing it. It's a great idea, and is awesome for pulling it tighter.0

personally, i would find the high impact ones, for running and jumping and such, and i would wear TWO. wash and DRY them often to keep them tight and not so loose that everyone jumbles around. hope that helps0
