I am going to the gym tonight for the first time in over 6 months!!!!

I have been really up and down with my diet and exercise since I came back from Florida back in September and haven't been very motivated at all. It also hasn't helped that I had a Kidney Infection for 2 weeks and have had a chesty cough and cold over the past couple of weeks. However I am feeling a lot better and ready to get back in to the gym!

Going for a swim tonight and I have booked a Boxercise class for tomorrow night. Can anybody tell me if Boxercise is any good and if it is hard? I haven't exercised in such a long time so not sure if I will struggle or not? Gotta start somewhere though.

I have 82 days until I go to Tenerife with my boyf and I wanna lose at least a stone, I know I can do it!!!

Yay for you! Circumstances in my life have recently caused me to not be faithful, but felt the determination today to get back at it! Seeing your post today was really helpful!

If you haven't exercised in a long time, you will most likely struggle no matter what you do. Most classes that are "hard" so to speak usually have a modified version if you are having lots of trouble. Just do your best and try to keep up. :flowerforyou:
