Weird dream last night...

Lol.. I know what I think when I come across things like this! Dream interpreters: check this out ha ha! Anyway I had this dream that my friend had me try this new food which was not only a food but a mouthwash.. And if you used a little bit on your eyebrows it removed hair.. I'm sure it's not a coincidence that I've been focusing in whole foods and nutrition through my weight loss journey. Looking up some of the non-food items in some of the things we willingly eat is scary. Reading the label on a "food" package can be similar to looking at the back of a shampoo bottle. I also wonder what "natural flavors" consists of? I've got a long way to go with this. I love how my brain forces these little "ah-ha" moments on me!
