BULKING TIPS & TRICKS????

I'm looking to bulk up, fairly fast but more in a healthy way.
I know that I eat enough calories to maintain my bulk so, that isn't much of an issue.
Seems I only have an issue getting to that point from start.

Anyone have any tips that you found to be useful?

What was your regimen?
How long did it take for you to reach your goal?

I know every ones body may function varies but, just to get an idea... So no hope is lost.:sad: haha
