131 Calorie Cinnamon French Toast - 2 pieces! w/syrup

aunt millies light bread - 35 calories a slice (2 slices) 70 cals
egg beaters - 1/4 cup - 30 calories
1 egg white - 16 calories
cinnamon - 0 cals
stevia or splenda - 0 cals
cooking spray - 0 cals
Carys sugar free syrup - 2 tablespoons - 1 T for each slice (more than enough) - 15 calories total
mix egg beaters and egg white together. sprinkle cinnamon and half packet of stevia in the eggs. mix well. heat up a pan. spray cooking spray. dip pieces of bread on both sides in egg mixture. fry bread on each side until golden brown.
I love making this on the weekend..... 2 slices of french toast, with a fruit, and maybe some milk and you got a nice weekend breakfast!
