Exercise Guide Please.

I am renewing my exercising and as I have never exercised to lose weight before I am struggling to know what is best i.e. what is good what is bad what is too much what is too little and so on.
I used to run 3 miles a day; I am lucky if I can run for 3mins at the moment after two children and 7st gain!
At the moment my exercise is as follows and I want to know if this is too much/too little, what could I add or take away;
Mon; I do a 3mile walk - 1 hour
Tue; Aerobics - 1 hour
Wedn; Fitball - 1 hour
Thurs; 3mile walk - 1 hour
Fri; REST DAY!
Sat; 5miles (mix) some of it walked, jogged and run - 45mins (decreasing every time used to be 1hour)
Sun; Combo Class - Fitball/Kettlebells/urban Rebound - 2hours
All help appreciated thanks.
