Hi, I'm new at this need some support on my journey.
I am 52 and 5'2" wanting to loose 25-30 lbs. I know at my
age it is possible but can be more challenging. I work long hours.
and have busy weekends with family. But I love it. Could use the support from
people in the same situation.
