My cousin talked me into trying his new business claiming it will help my run times, make me lose weight, blah, blah, blah. Just found out a friend actually gained weight on it when she was trying to lose. Now I'm hesitant to try it. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? They offer a money back guarantee so I might try it just because I bought it but I'm so scared to gain any weight at the sacrifice of food :-/
