Trimming down for Boston Marathon

I always seem to stay at the same weight, around 205, despite at times putting in very high miles training for races and marathons. My body fat percentage is pretty good, around 11.5%, but would like to lose weight to race faster and reduce risk of injury. Starting at 210, up a few since I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis and post tib tendonitis. Fightin' my way back with cross training. Hoping to be down to 195 or better by April 16th. Started counting again yesterday. That's the only way for me...accountability!
