Hey All, I just quit smoking yesterday and I was hoping to add a few friends on MFP for smoking cessation support. No one in my life quite understands how hard it is to quit (and how much I'm craving one right now as I even write about it) so hopefully some of you guys do.
Just a little background--I've smoked since March of 2008, when I was studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain. I was a 3-5 cigs/day smoker but could get rid of half a pack if out drinking on the weekend. I started taking Wellbutrin 2 weeks ago to help me quit.
So...anyone out there with a similar story?
