I said this last week and I was wrong, they postponed it because of the Brit awards, but if i'm not mistaken (this time) it really is tonight.

Looking forward to it.

They were a machiavellian bunch this year with their pacts and plots. I felt sorry for Amy, so I'd like to see her win.

Damo? They get all the ones who were voted back for the last day don't they? I hope they kept up the weight loss on their own. It must be much harder. When they're in that house they're 'locked in' really aren't they. They can't eat biscuits or crisps because there aren't any.

Out of the final 3 I'd like to see Amy win. Jessie was very immature last night, but she was right to be annoyed about the challenge....she would've beaten Sarah if it was based on weightloss.

I've never seen a final before, so is it all about weight loss? I think the 8 weeks were filmed in November, and the final is live, so they still have to keep it up at home for almost 4 months.

I'm glad that part of it was fitness related, as it is teaching them there is no point becoming skinnyfat.

Sarah still weighs more than the other girls, but she is so much fitter than them. It's a shame they don't also look at fat% etc to show how much their body has changed as she looks better than the lighter girls so I assume she has more lean mass.
