Ideas to maintain momentum while traveling

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any advice about keeping your momentum up while on a trip? I will be traveling home to the US to visit friends and family, a women's weekend at a beach house, then 4 days with a family of friends, then 3 days in a hotel.
Right now, i live in a condo and work from home as much as i want so i can really invest in preparing healthy meals, going to the gym on the condo property every day and really staying focused.
I have only been at this for a month and i'm quite worried about my trip. I have a few problems, like bad knees, that mean the cross trainer works really well for me, the treadmill does not. I don't really know how i will keep up with my cardio for the next 10 days with access to a gym only for the last 3 days of my trip.
I am also worried about the abundance of food, particularly junk food, at all of these social gatherings. I feel focused and committed at the moment, but it might be circumstantial!
Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated!

At the beach: walking through deep sand is excellent. With a bad knee, you could start digging a big hole in the sand as fast and deep as you can. Then fill it back in.
With family and friends: Get them out with you! Go play some Frisbee. Make a course in the back yard by tying some ribbon around trees to roll under and throw some stuff on the ground as marking points for circuit training. (ex: Set up a station for dumbbells, one for push ups, sit ups, one for balance training, etc.) Do the course for 30 minutes and make a game out of it. Like whoever gets through it the most times in that time wins.
Hotel: I'm guessing this is where you have the gym so take full advantage of that! If not, then do some light jogging in place and calisthenics in your room.
Do some yoga stretches every morning and every night in whatever bedroom you're staying in.0
