Those Little Tricks That You SWEAR Help..

Hey everyone!! Lately I find I've developed odd little things that I swear have helped in my weight journey. Quirks like freezing my yogurt for snacks (so they take longer to eat and I won't just grab something else after!!) or eating ALL my food with chopsticks, because it takes longer and lets me feel full. I also put up a sign over my computer (where I study) that says "Are you hungry? No? THEN DON'T EAT!"
My parents think I'm crazy, but I swear it helps! I can't be the only one who tries these things. What do you guys do?
