What do you always keep on hand?

I am going to go grocery shopping tonight so that I can begin my weight loss journey (again) tomorrow. What does everyone like to keep on hand when they are trying to eat healthy? I would like to build a shopping list made up of healthy staples. Thanks!

Spinach, avocados, brocolli, zucchinni, oranges, pineapple, josephs flax seed pitas, tuna, chicken breasts, ground turkey, eggs, greek yogurt, salsa herbs and spices.
That is just a start- I usually plan my meals for 3-4 days/nights and then base my list around my recipes.
