ok has anyone tried tracking dinner firstthen carrying over to the morning? what are the advantages of this for you? is it not an accurate calorie count? i need some experienced people to answer this question. im so skeptical about it but if it was accurate id like to give it a try.

Why would you want to do this? I think you could track from any time period to the same time the following day you want as long as you stay within your daily calories. Do you work the night shift? I can't think of another reason to do it, unless you had a non-traditional sleep cycle or something.

it's because some people eat more at night...i tend to do that. say you're going out that night and eat 700 calories then you wake up and have 1000 more till 6 pm. know what im sayin?

Hmm I guess I just don't get it. Why not just plan to eat most of your calories at night? But hey, if that works for you! :)
