Ok, so I have been using this site for a few months with some success but have drastically slowed down (due somewhat to poor choices). I know about adding back your nursing calories but what about tweaking some of the other categories such as protein, carbs., etc. Just wanting to know what has worked for others.

I was also wondering if lowering my calories has affected things. I allowed mfp to readjust my calorie goals when I hit 20 lbs and it seems like I have slowed down. I know that I need to maintain around 1800 (which I do when I add the 500 nursing calories to the 1250 mfp allows).0
