Hello! My name is Amber, and I'm 21 years old. I'm trying to lose my baby weight from my pregnancy. I'm 5' even. I started at 154lbs, and I am now 138lbs. I do an hour of cardio 5 days a week and 20 minutes of strength training 3-4 days a week. My caloric intake is rather low, and yes, I am trying very hard to increase it. It's so hard to get it up to 1200 calories a day (I'm NOT doing it on purpose). I swear I eat alllll day - every 2 hours at least! Any suggestions to increase my intake to 1500 without feeling like my stomach is about to burst at the end of the day?
I'm hoping to meet some new friends who are into health and fitness along my weight/inches loss journey. (:
