Hey all, I joined MFP on the 19th of Jan. So almost 6 weeks ago. I've lost 7lbs. I was hoping for at least 10lbs in 1.5 months.
I started at 145ish pounds and as of last Thursday I was down to 138.2. I weigh in again in 2 days and I feel like I'm going to see a drastic loss because I've been working out hardcore and within the last 2 days I've seen my stomach become almost flat (thanks to Jillian)
But, I honestly was just hoping to have lost a few more lbs. But, I've lost, which is wonderful and I feel so much better about myself. I feel great. I guess a good thing is that losing more slowly you don't have the risk of gaining it back as much right?
Thanks for any advice
