I just stumbled onto this site out of sheer luck while doing a Self Change project for my Human Behavior Class. I have to observe behavior i want to change for one week then set a goal and moderate and change what i do for four weeks and i chose weight loss. I think this site will deffinatly help put in perspective how much i overeat. its freakin insane. I totally plan to keep going after 4 weeks though.
