hey Instructors: Chest pain during and after teaching?

Any fitness instructors out there?

I teach Spinning 5 times a week and I am in extremely good shape. I've had a stress test and ultrasound on my heart and everything is great...cholesterol is also very very good.

Here is my problem: I'll be teaching (and I use a mic every time) and I start to get chest pain/discomfort. It starts while I'm teaching and it lasts pretty much all night until I go to bed.

Does anyone else experience this? Could it be because we're all cramped in a hot room and there isn't a lot of oxygen? Is it also because I'm talking and not breathing as much as everyone else? I also drink as much water as I can (I don't log it in my diary) but I wonder if it could be dehydration. I've tried to google this but I haven't found anything related to being an instructor and experiencing this. Again, it's only when I'm teaching...not when I'm doing any other kind of exercise.

Any fitness instructors know anything about this?
