I'm Mel and soooooooooooooo wanting to improve my overall health... 3 babies and 9 yrs. of marriage(later) have put me in a rut... HEHEHE... So I'm finally getting off my *kitten* and doing something about it... Still need some push on the exercising thing :laugh: , but working on it... Thanks for having me and can't wait to see how things go from here!!! :happy:

    Find an exercise you enjoy - I like pilates and dancing! commit to something for a week and you will be on your way! Good luck!
  • thank you... My DH got me a BalanceBall for Christmas so I'm working with that...:embarassed: For the 1st time today... And I have to say, I had fun with it... Just wish the kiddo's would have been alittle less :devil: for mommy!!! :laugh:
