Goal Vs. Net Calories

Hi! Just a quick question since I'm kind of new here. My daily goal calories has been determined to be 1630. However is this before or after my exercise calories? I usually eat about 1530 cals a day. I exercise 600 cals away nightly on my treadmill, leaving me with a net of 930 cals daily. Is that how it's supposed to work, or am I supposed to be consuming 1600 AFTER my exercise has been accounted for? Thanks for the help, all comments are welcomed and appreciated.
