I'm 5'8", and I eat 1230 net to lose 2 pounds a week0

Im a lil shorter (5'7) but figured Id give a bump since taller girls are hard to come by
Calories: 1440 (I usually go over)
Cw 128
Gw 120 and plan to bulk up from there.
My diet usually works out to this:
Carbs 50%
Fat 30%
Protein 20%

I am almost 5'8".

155 and gaining (having a baby) but would like to stay around this weight after.

I'm 5'8 and just upped my calories to 1720 from 1440. My current weight is 141 and goal is 132, but I'd be happy with 140 if my smaller clothes fit and I lowered my bf/didn't have the extra weight around my stomach.0

5' 7" Current 136, have a little wiggle room either direction. Down to 5/6 jeans from 18/20. My maintenance is about 1500, some days I am under some days over. I eat more when I exercise. Been maintaining a 5 lb range since August.0

I'm 5'8, currenlty my goal is 1200. I'm currently 152 and want to get to 140. However, I'm fitting into my size 6 Levis so I'm pretty happy right now. I do a lot of cardio and strength so I usually end up eating around 1500 and I'm still losing. I lose about a 1 and a half each week, although I'm supposed to lose 2 (I think it's the muscle gain that has slowed the scale down). I really dont worry about the numbers so much b/c I'm still shrinking and the muscle are getting lean and nice!!0

Almost 5'8'' here, currently 153 lbs. I have MFP set for 1 lb loss, and 1330 cals plus exercise cals. I also have my macronutrients set for 40% protein/ 30% fat/ 30% carb and try not to go over on carbs. I end up losing about 1 lb every two weeks if I stick to it.
For workouts, I run 3 days a week and have been seeing more success after starting Bodyrock.tv workouts. Look 'em up, you'll get hooked!0 -
I am 5'8", trying to lose 2 lbs a week and my calorie intake is set for 1580 each day. Goal weight at the moment is 170 I think? It's been a very long time since I've been even that small so who knows where I will end up!0

I am 5'8", current weight 134, eating 1200 calories day plus most of my exersise calories. (I have been tested to have a very low metabolism and I work at a desk all day) I love to eat, so I try to exersise every day! I wear a size 6 and some small 8's. Goal weight 130 (for now), losing about one pound every two/three weeks. Been weight training, so I am happy if my weight doesn't go down. Loving fitting into 6/8! Haven't been this size in 14 years!!!0

Its interesting that people have been mentioning size 6 to 8. What are your waist sizes? I'm size 9 usually. Maybe its my *kitten*? My waist is 26 inches (measured just then)0 -

Know you didn't ask me, but I am a comfortable 12 and 175. My goal is a size 6 and 135. When I was in the. 140's I was a size. 8.0 -

Last summer when I was trying to lose I tried for 1750, but often went over. I was losing a half pound a week eating about 2000 NET (so eating exercise calories).0 -
I'm 5'8, and my net calories are 2000 (I eat back all exercise calories so total = 2000-2600) I'm losing 0.5-1lb a week on this amount.

I'm 5'8", and I eat 1530 per day. Supposed to be losing about 1lb per week at this rate. I was on 1200-1300 before and dropped quickly but lost a lot of muscle and lean mass. Trying to avoid that in the future. I eat about 120-130g protein per day.
HW: 218

I'm actually 5' 8.75" lol I have my calories set at 1,500, but I usually net closer to 1,200-1,300, sometimes a little less if I'm not hungry. I tend to pretty much just listen to my body and eat if I'm hungry, but not force myself to eat if I'm not, so I have days where I barely get in 1,200 total calories (these don't happen very often) and then some days where I'm eating closer to 1,800 calories. I have my goals set to lose 1 pound per week.
CW- 167
GW- 145-150 (I'll probably decide to go lower, but this is what my goal is set to right now)0 -
5' 9". CW is 153, GW is 141-145ish. We shall see.
My net is set to just over 1400. I usually gross 1800-2000+. Honestly, I watch my protein more closely than my calories, so that may not even be accurate. I just eat all the food.0
