Upping Cals?

Thinking of upping my cals, but I don't know to how much. My goal is 1560 right now, when I was losing it was around 1400 i think, but I'm still losing and I'm trying to just maintain. I'm 5'4 and came to MFP at 117lbs, but it was all skinny fat. I'm now 109 lbs and do NOT want to go any lower. Maybe 100 extra cals? It's scary bc I don't wanna gain either!! Also, I don't reach my total goal every day bc I was worried that my exercise cals were being overestimated on MFP.

How would you get an accurate estimate of your BMR and TDEE?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Okay, so 100 calories is about one apple and maybe a tsp of peanut butter. Grab a handful of nuts.. 100cals. If you are still losing and you don't want to be you need to increase your intake. Eat an ounce of cheese. Doesn't have to be huge amounts.
