33 yrs old...about 200lbs....gave up football & work seems to have taken over the best part of my days/nights, im on the rosd for work a lot which means I live out of service stations. . Feel free to befriend me if Your in a similar situation. Looking to lose about 28lb...as a start. support is welcome!!!!!
