Does it matter what time of the day I do my work out? I'm just curious because I generally work out at night (really late sometimes) but on the weekends I tend to do my work outs earlier in the day so I'm freed up later.
So, again my question is: Will it affect my weight loss if I do my work outs at varying times through the day?
Thanks,

Well I say to do it whenever you can. Its much better than not exercising at all! Some say that its good to switch it up when you are trying to loose weight especially if you are working out at the same time everyday. If you work out early it does start your metabolism off and for me it makes me feel better all day. If you only have time at night than keep up what your doing! Hope this helped, good luck!!!

Doing it when it's convenient for you and at a time that you will stick to is the most important thing. :flowerforyou:0

 Thanks for the advice all. I will just continue to do it whenever I can. I just didn't know if there was a scientific answer that I wasn't aware of.
BTW Dave, I do work out in my NIKES. ;-)0
