I feel so guilty.

I feel so fat ALL the time and i don't know what to do. I've lost 8lb so far, since the start of december, but i'm starting to feel guilty when i eat, even when it's fruit. Tonight i made my sister share a pear with me because i felt so bad having a whole one to myself. I DON'T have an eating disorder, I just want to lose weight so badly, I don't know why I'm feeling like this!

    Guilt has no place in fueling your body.

    Guilt should be reserved for times that you really did something wrong, like if you accidentally squished a bunny while driving because you were texting and not paying attention. Not for eating.

    Also, by your profile, you want to lose for a vacation to Florida. If there's one thing I've learned in my time on here, you CAN'T starve yourself to a better body.     Sweetie, Lorina here has given great advice. She is an inspiration!! I must have read her story 10000+ times! She really knows how to do it!! You have to give your body the proper nutrients!
