BREAKFAST WRAP (you cannot pass up!)

Quick & Easy! Egg, Cheese, Turkey, & Veggie Wrap! ACTUALLY KEEPS YOU FULL & SATISFIED!!


1 flatout light wrap (you can buy these next to the deli, usually..only 90 calories!)
2 eggs, scrambled
1 oz Turkey Lunchmeat, chopped
2 TBSP cup mushroom, chopped
2 TBSP green onion, chopped
2 TBSP tomatoes, chopped
2 TBSP part-skim mozzarella shredded cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 TBSP olive oil
DIRECTIONS: Turn frying pan to medium heat, add olive oil. Add all veggies and turkey, sautee for approximately 3-4 minutes. While waiting for veggie mix to be done, add eggs to small bowl and mix. Pour into frying pan. Once egg is cooked, add cheese and turn off pan. Let the cheese sit for two minutes. Add to wrap and fold! AND DONE!
