what to do?

so today for the first time i worked out in the afternoon cause i have class tonight and tuesday is my regular workout day. thing is i worked out an hour after i ate lunch...that was too soon....i got really ill and threw up my lunch. :grumble: for the night workouts i had mastered the right amount of macros and food at the right time before working out and i was feeling great. now i feel crappy. i know i will get over it, i'm whining. so here is my question: do you still put your lunch in your food diary if you threw it up?

    Sorry, that happened. No fun. I am not sure weather or not u should log it. U probably didn't get much calories since u threw it up. Maybe not logging it, then when u feel better try to get something else in. I hope u feel better soon. I have to eat before I workout but usually an hour is enough time for me. :flowerforyou:
