Mines a little different since I tend to low carb.

Breakfast - Must have - 4 sausage links / 3 fried eggs (love it)
Lunch - typically a protein shake or bar - (still satisfied from breakfast)
Dinner - protein - usually chicken / sauted in wok - but I love pork / beef too.

    Now I'm hungry.

    Breakfast: Cafe Latte
    Lunch: Cuties - Clementine
    Dinner: Manhattan Cocktail
    Snack: Cuties - Clementine

That is so crazy sounding. Second top food for Dinner is Red Wine! I blame it on the fact that I have such varied items for lunch or dinner. The wine and cocktails happen to repeat more often while wine braised short ribs don't. I absolutely LOVE clementines, mandarins and oranges and snack on them A LOT.

Breakfast, 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1/2 cup ground turkey, frozen sliced peppers and onions, and chili (I'm mexican, I need chili) mix all together for a high protien scramble.

Lunch: Turkey Chili, bean soup, or Chipolte burrito bowl with no rice and chicken

Dinner: A vegetable, chicken, fish, pork chop, poulty sausage, beef, and a sweet potato sometimes instead of rice or bread.

Snacks: Sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon and 1 ounce cheese, or a all natural peanut butter, almonds, Trader Joe's seaweed snacks, orange, bannana, or a protein shake if I've been Mt. Biking.

    . . . .

    dinner: breaded chicken breast baked

    . . . .

I read "dreaded chicken breast baked." I suppose that's because when I look at some other people's food diaries and see how often they eat plain chicken breasts, I shudder. Breaded sounds okay to me, but I'm a portion control guy, not a low carb guy.

Here's what MFP claims are my most used food items:

Breakfast: Horizon Organic - 1% Low Fat Milk
Lunch: Salad dressing - Italian dressing
Dinner: Wishbone - Robusto Italian Dressing
Snacks: Centrum - Silver Ultra Men's Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement

It was a shop-bought pre-packaged one. Lost my appetite for them when I tried to eat one when I was ill, so I've stopped buying them now, but I had them regularly until then and they're still top of my list on MFP.

The filling was tuna, salad cream, mustard, mayonnaise, sweetcorn, red pepper and red onion.
