That is so crazy sounding. Second top food for Dinner is Red Wine! I blame it on the fact that I have such varied items for lunch or dinner. The wine and cocktails happen to repeat more often while wine braised short ribs don't. I absolutely LOVE clementines, mandarins and oranges and snack on them A LOT.0 -

I read "dreaded chicken breast baked." I suppose that's because when I look at some other people's food diaries and see how often they eat plain chicken breasts, I shudder. Breaded sounds okay to me, but I'm a portion control guy, not a low carb guy.

what's in your tuna crunch sandwich???
It was a shop-bought pre-packaged one. Lost my appetite for them when I tried to eat one when I was ill, so I've stopped buying them now, but I had them regularly until then and they're still top of my list on MFP.
The filling was tuna, salad cream, mustard, mayonnaise, sweetcorn, red pepper and red onion.0
