The Anderson Method

I've just finished reading The Anderson Method, by William Anderson. This is a cognitive behavioral approach to weight loss, and getting in control of eating, rather that it controlling you.

I'd be interested in knowing who else has read this and how it helped them.

I'm going to start my second, more detailed reading of it tonight. Some of the ideas are already helping me with how I think about food, eating, and cravings.

I'd also be very interested in hearing anyone's experiences of working with an Anderson Method therapist. There aren't any in my area.

    I finished the book last weekend. I think it's great. I am tired during the week but have a lot of energy on the weekend.
