I know sports related title, but fitness is sports and losing weight can be crazy at times. Yes it even leads to "Madness" when it comes time to stepping on those scales for weigh in.
Who's in for a March Madness Challenge?
Here's how it works:
Dates: March 1st - March 31st
Weight Loss Goal: Starting weight on March 1st minus Goal Weight times 10% times 2, 3, or 4 (depending on your motivation)
Example: (275-220) = 55 x .10 = 5.5 x 4 = 22 lbs.
Since March has 5 weeks, we all should easily meet our goals. And since summer is right around the corner, the beach is calling all our names.
So join in and let's replace NCAA March Madness with the MFP March Madness!
