Meal Diary

For those of you that have your diary hidden----Why?
I know mine is hidden because I'm embarassed by the not so good things I eat
I stay under or just at, or a little over my calorie intake (1200) but never by much and not that often. I have only been over once, but I make up for it by exercising!
Maybe when I start eating healthier foods I'll make mine open to all
I was just curious as to the reason why you guys don't have yours set for everyone to see.

I dont hide mine. No need. If someone feels they need to get upset by what I eat, that is their own issue. If I need help, its available to my friends to browse and offer support. Also, by keeping mine open, I allow others to see what I eat and where my choices lead me; thus, hopefully giving them options of different foods to try....though mine is rather boring.0

Once i figured out that you could have it public i made mine public instantly.
I don't care if people see what I eat. Having it public is a good way to plan meals from other peoples diarys when you don't know what to eat.

I had a donut today. I'm not ashamed. I will be drinking like a sailor on friday. Not ashamed of that either. If someone attacked the foods I eat, I would laugh at them. For me this is a lifestyle change and not a diet...and I have no plans of living without cake or booze or lasagna...I just try to make it fit in my food goal.0

Thanks for the responses everyone!
I'll be making mine public, I was skeptical at first, but now I realize that I shouldn't care what other people think about what's going in my mouth!!!
