    I log it as either low impact aerobics or 4.0 mph walking. On my exercise log low impact aerobics and 4.0 mph has the same calorie burn.

    BTW, how do you record the calories burned for WATP videos?

    I create a new exercise and title the exercise after the name of the DVD. If you're using a HRM, just log the time and calories burned. If you don't have a HRM, then log the time and use 100 calories per mile for calories burned. I got the 100 calories per mile from Leslie's website. Also, I have noticed that the 100 calories per mile is pretty consistent when I use my HRM.

    I am at 31 miles so far for this month, than I hit set back and got sick, broncitis and possible influenza, I'm hoping to get back to walking on Saturday, but we will see how I'm doing by than. :sick:

    3/9/2012 - Back from this mornings stroll - 10.32 mi (PB for continuous walk) 16378 steps, 1886 cals, 2 hr 30 mins move time, 6.0 mph max spd, 4.1 mph avg spd (PB for dist), Now for the fun part Intervals, during first segment (3.5 mi) between miles 1-3, 400 m spd intervals, 800m medium spd, 400m slow, repeat. At end of segment Max spd 6.0 mph, avg spd 4.7 mph. After Dog walk avg spd was down to 3.9 so finished pretty strong to get it back to 4.1 Hoooah great stroll!
