Has anyone ever completed a workout from here? Feedback?

    Hubby agreed to do it to get me in the weight room. We have tweaked it through the weeks.

    What I have achieved:

    I can do 7 chins up (could do ZERO before), and am working on my pull ups with hands forward now.
    I can bench press 80 to 90 lb (started at 45 lb).
    I can squat 120 lb (started at 60).
    I can curl 25 lb (started at 10 to 15 lb).
    My running endurance has improved on hills.
    My back is muscular.
    My butt is more shapely.
    I did NOT bulk up, but definitely have some definition.
    Oh yeah, I gained 7 to 8 lb, and my jeans fit looser then when I started.
