    5'3.75" (close enough?)

    My goal is 19-21% bodyfat. Should be around 145-150 lbs.

    I"m about 133 and wanna get to 115 or even 110.... some of the lowest you can be while still being healthy :)

    My first goal was 120 but once I reached that I wasn't quite satisfied so now my new goal is 110.

    I am an old gal that is 5'4" and started today at a weight of 159.4 pounds my current goal is to loose 10 pounds to start but hope for an overall goal of about 130 to 135

    Its so encouraging to see all of the success and variety of goals here.

    I'm 42 and and coming to terms with not focusing on the past and what was but what is and where I want to be.

    I am 5'4 and my max weight was 202, goal weight is 135. It feels like forever from now but seeing all of you along this journey makes me feel inspired!

    Technically I'm 5'3 1/2" but I figure its close enough to 5'4" to post. :) My goal is 135 lbs...for now. Who knows if it will change once I get there.

    I am currently 160.5 and I am wanting to be 148-150....I was there last year and that is when I was my happiest and feeling good, I am not looking to be super skinny....but when I was 150, I was wearing a size 6 and was quite happy

    My starting weight was 230(3mo. after having my 2nd daughter) my current weight is 202.5, i was at 188 but the B/C i was put on packed on the pounds within a couple months so i am off that and my goal is to get to 150, i don't think i have been there since i was like 12 so we will see how i feel once i get there.

    I think BMI charts need to include boob:blushing: size...I'm 165 lbs 5' 4" and supposed to weigh at most 144lbs....well wack of the ta ta's and I'd be half way there I bet.....38 DD's:blushing:

    BMI was designed to study communities, counties, states/provinces, regions, countries... NOT individuals. Boob size is averaged out when used properly... for large groups.

    Very interesting thread...

    I've always been big I was 245 when I was 11 soo I have no clue what my goal weight will look like... H.W. Well over 320+ a few years ago... S.W. 253 C.W. 239.9. ill shoot for 170 and see what its like... only a measly 70 pounds lol

    I would love to weigh 110! but realistically I am 138 right now so I'll be happy with 120.

    It was around 122. But I'm thinking about hitting 129 and at least pausing for awhile. This is getting very grueling. The difference for me now between angry hungry Mara and losing even a pound a week is getting unacceptably small.

    I enjoy being happy, it's a pretty new experience for me, and having too big a calorie deficit makes me not happy.

    On the other hand, I enjoy working out (definitely a new experience for me!) and I have a lot of excess weight right around my bad back that needs to go.

    So 129 might be a good compromise. I know my back felt good at that weight and I know it's a lot closer than 122.
