Calculating calories when using pork

When you are inputting a recipe (in this case a soup) how do you calculate calories added when you use a ham hock while cooking?

I just googled ham hock soup calories and it gave me recipes and calories for the soups with portions. Maybe use this as a template and sub in your own ingredients.

There is a Fresh Direct - Smoked Ham Hock in the database. That is what I used in my pinto beans
