Coconut manna vs. coconut oil?

Oh no, I just realized that I bought Nutiva Coconut Manna instead of oil. Does anyone know if the manna will have the same effect as the oil? I've been using a teaspoon full in my coffee for the past 3 days...should I give up on it and buy the oil? Thanks for your help.:smile:
